First, make sure that you are using a Google Chrome browser on a desktop device to access your assessment.
The following troubleshooting steps will assist you with viewing the document:
Try clearing your browser cache and history. Make sure to close all the tabs in the browser after you clear cache and then reopen your browser and log back in.
Ensure that your browser is up to date. To check this click on the 3 dot menu in Chrome and go down to "Help" and choose "About Google Chrome".
You will see the version and if it needs to be updated it should automatically start the update and request for you to relaunch. Relaunch and log back in again to try and record.
There may be an extension on your device that is preventing you from viewing the document, so you can try using a private browser on Incognito window to access the interview.
